Delivery & Returns

For orders made through the internet, de Wet Kopen op Afstand, applies. You can exchange items purchased online within 14 days of purchase. The only requirement is that the article is unused and undamaged. In addition, this product must be returned in the original condition and packaging as far as possible. After these 14 days it is unfortunately no longer possible to return the products. If an item is returned that is damaged and/or incomplete, we are forced to charge a fee for repairing damaged or replacing missing parts. The costs for the return shipment will be borne by the buyer.

Unfortunately, items that are customer specific cannot be exchanged.


Received a wrong or damaged purchase?

All products are checked on a number of points before transportation. This includes control of delivery according to order and control on defects. 
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can resolve the situation. Please include your name, customer number and order date. Also add clear pictures to your message.
The sooner we receive your message, the stronger the communication and the follow-up action will be.
